Nowadays, environmental issues are one of the most important aspects of the long termdevelopment of a country and play an important role in a nation’s wealth. Although the analysis of countries’environmental performance is a very novel subject, many researchers are making a significant effort to captureits essence by testing the sustainability of regions. This paper discusses the main proposals developed in theliterature that establish country rankings considering different dimensions in order to measure the sustainabilityor environment. This summary allows us to establish the main differences between proposals and some futureresearch. Furthermore, we analyse the correlation and concordance between the different countries rankingsestablished in the literature. The results reveal clear concordance between proposals.}, keywords = {Concordance,Countries,environment,Ranking,Non-parametric measures}, url = {https://ijer.ut.ac.ir/article_820.html}, eprint = {https://ijer.ut.ac.ir/article_820_f0b591dbc483fc588ac5dd0a4156f626.pdf} }
